elementary school reunion, neighbourhood reunion, yes, i think everybody needed one of these days. >> reporter: well, folks here say it has always been a tight community today it showed it. hey, done, how much money were they hoping to raise and how it will be distributed? >> reporter: i do know they sold hundreds of t-shirts for $20 a piece i don't have a total on that and i know the disk jockey here, born and bread in san bruno, donated $10,000. so money is coming in we don't have a tally but it is going strictly for victims families. >> thank you very much. a south bay family released video of what they say is a fake arrest by a san jose police officer. the cell phone video was secretly shot by a father of a 15-year-old boy it appears to show the officer pretending to arrest the boy for having sex with his step daughter boy was handcuffed the officer lectured the teenager about his behaviour. >> not a good thing for the

person you had sex with is a cops daughter. a cops daughter is not someone you mess around with. >> the handcuffs came off and the boy was never arrested the officers actions are now being crim fallly investigated, the officer's lawyer said he was just trying to scare the boy straight. >> california's first execution in nearly 5 years is going ahead as scheduled, at least for now. a federal judge has refused to reconsider his decision not to issue a stay of execution for brown. he is on death row at san quentin and set to be put to death by lethal injection wednesday. on monday brown's lawyers plan to ask marin county court to block the execution. another accident at a dangerous san francisco intersection. this is the scene at battery and broadway this afternoon. police say the driver of this
